Introducing our brand new Direct Mount Fan Shroud Pro for 40mm Moon/Round Top Fans!
With our fan cover, there is no longer any need to buy any aftermarket fan mounts. The fan cover bolts directly to the engine mount and allows the fan and cover assembly to float off the chassis, allowing uninterrupted flexibility. The assembly is also adjustable in/out and up/down by adding or removing washers on the bolt and sliding them into the slot. This can be handy for balancing your car or adjusting the height to compensate for the weight underneath!
Of course, this fan cover can also be attached directly to the chassis with double-sided adhesive tape (not included)!
The cover itself has been optimized to direct air to the engine without smothering the fan and reducing RPM. Many of the fan covers on the market today direct air but smother the fan, creating less air movement. We used a scale and fan mounting system to determine the effects of covers on air movement to the engine, and we made sure that with our cover there is absolutely no loss of air volume!
It is available for square and moon fans, in sizes 30mm, 35mm and 40mm for moon fans available from Ruddog and MR33!
The set includes a lightweight, high-resolution 3D printed mudguard with all necessary mounting hardware.
Important note! This fan cover alone attaches to Awesomatix A800R/MMX and Yokomo BD10/11/12 Motormount without additional hardware.
For riders who want to mount these directly to XRAY X4'23/'24 or Mugen MTC2R, you will need to purchase the additional bracket that positions the cover perfectly, available here for MUGEN and XRAY.
If you just want to attach it with tape, it will fit any touring car on the market!
