Click&Collect
Collection from our store or warehouse, also known as "Click&Collect", is a popular and convenient shipping method used and appreciated by many customers.
To ensure that you as a customer can make the most of this option, please note the following points if you would like to pick up a product directly from our warehouse:
- 1. During the ordering process, select the "Pick up" option under the Delivery section.
- 2. You will automatically be shown at which location you can pick up the goods.
- 3. Please note that the system gives you the option to select "Pickup" even if the goods are not in stock. This means you can pre-order goods and then pick them up in person once they arrive.
- 4. If you want to pick up items immediately, make sure that the item you want is in stock.
- 5. After your order has been received, you will receive a pickup confirmation by email as soon as your items are ready for pickup.
Please note that items that are not in stock cannot of course be picked up immediately.

Parking:
If you come by car, please note that you can park directly underneath the building. There are enough visitor parking spaces available. Then all you have to do is take the elevator to the 3rd floor.
